Sealed, unopened products

You may return a sealed, unopened product within 14 calendar days of collection or delivery for a full refund.

Opened or used products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed supplement products cannot be returned or refunded, except where the product is defective or was not what you ordered.

Wrong or defective item

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will offer a full refund or a replacement, and you will not be charged any return cost.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Raiffeisen Bank's RaiAccept gateway, typically within 5 to 10 business days of approval. We do not issue cash refunds for online orders.
