When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number where provided, and delivery or billing address if applicable, along with your order history. If you check out as a guest, we collect only the email address you provide for your receipt. This information is used solely to process and fulfil your order, provide receipts, and offer customer support.
We do not collect or store your card details. Payment is entered directly on Raiffeisen Bank's own secure RaiAccept payment page. Athlon FitClub never receives, sees, or stores your full card number.
Signing in to the shop uses the same account as the Athlon FitClub member app. Your membership data is handled under the same terms as your existing Athlon FitClub membership agreement.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Your order information is shared only where necessary to complete a transaction, with Raiffeisen Bank / RaiAccept to process payment, and where relevant, with a delivery or courier partner to fulfil your order.
We retain order records for as long as necessary to provide customer support and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us, subject to what we are legally required to retain for accounting or tax purposes.
